Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra highlighted the breadth of collaboration, encompassing technology transfer, services, and research partnerships across different domains. These discussions set the stage for Prime Minister Modi’s historic address to the joint session of the US Congress, marking his second appearance before this distinguished audience. The Indian leader previously addressed the US Congress in 2016.
